So you can stay on the road when you’re getting your car serviced or repaired, you can take advantage of the Ford Service Loan Car program. A free loan car is available on scheduled services or overnight warranty repairs for Private, Blue, Silver and Gold Business Fleet customers only. Advanced booking may be required to ensure availability.

Fuel costs, tolls, fines and late return fees may be payable by the Customer. Excess may be payable in the event of damage. See full terms here.

Where a loan car is not available, another alternative form of transport may be available to enhance the convenience of the service experience (eg. Free Shuttle Bus). Wayne Phillis Ford can advise availability over the phone during the service booking process.
