SatNav Map Updates1

With the latest map data available for your Satellite Navigation system, you can be sure to stay on track and reach your destination with ease.

Customers with Ford vehicles equipped with SYNC® 2 & 3 Satellite Navigation who complete their scheduled servicing with Wayne Phillis Ford are eligible to receive annual map updates for up to 7 years, where available (but no later than 30 September 2024)1. These updates can normally attract substantial costs and is just one of the benefits we offer our customers who return to get their vehicle serviced at our Dealerships. We believe that’s what service should be.

Up-to-date map data will ensure the Satellite Navigation in the SYNC connectivity system provides the most accurate and, if selected, most efficient route available. These map updates can include:

New roads
Street names
Roundabouts
One-way roads
Speed limits
Turn restrictions
Lane guidance 
Junction views
Points of interest

SYNC® 2

SYNC® 2 is Ford’s in-car connectivity system that allows you to make hands-free phone calls, as well as control your music, entertainment, climate and even your satellite navigation, through simple voice commands and all shown on an 8-inch colour touch screen.
